Our staff are an asset to the company. They have a good relationship with the local community, suppliers, representatives and we often find people just popping in for a coffee and a chat. Our business thrives because of their commitment, loyalty and professional attitude to their work. The quality of service they offer is of a high standard which they attribute themselves to.

In continuing the service they pride themselves in, they keep themselves updated with continuing further development internally and externally, whether it is for professional or personal ambition.

Customers

We are committed to reach our patients expectations of private dentistry and excellent customer care. We do not rush our appointments and allow time for lengthy discussions on any concerns or questions about patient's appointments. In order for us to keep our standards high and if appropriate make any changes required we listen to feedback via questionnaires done every two years.

Community

Our business is in the heart of the community with which we have a good relationship with its people and the local businesses. We have a respect for the community and often make enquiries as to how we are able to offer them a product or service which enables us to meet their needs.

Suppliers

In our business our suppliers and representatives play an active role. We have a good relationship with our representatives who always keep us updated with the latest products. They do this by keeping us updated with our basic training requirements for CPD therefore we see them as part of the team.

Environment

We are committed to the environment therefore take care of how our waste is distributed. Our hazard waste is disposed of legally and ethically through Peake Waste GB. All our recyclable materials are disposed of through the local authority under contract. Our staff are aware of the impact on the environment that waste can have therefore are passionate in its correct disposal.
